TRANSLATOR – Corporate Services Directorate (20 hours per week)
Applications are invited for the above post based at the University of Wales Registry in Cardiff.
You will be required to provide a translation service (English to Welsh) for new and amended pages and other material for the University’s website, and be required to perform minor editing tasks on the content of Welsh pages.
You will have the ability to produce accurate written translations (English/Welsh and Welsh/English) and to correct and proofread Welsh text supplied by others. You will possess excellent organisational and self management skills and be able to work independently and under pressure.
This is a part-time position and the appointment will be made at a salary within the range of £28,251 - £32,751 pro rata.
